I have done extensive work in the defense of all felony offenses, violent and non-violent, as well as misdemeanors in all New York State Supreme, County, City, Town and Village Courts. I also practice extensively in Federal District Court. I practice generally in Erie County with regular appearances in Niagara, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties. Over the years I have defended many clients charged with felony and misdemeanor grade alcohol related driving offenses including DUI and DWI violations.

Based on my trial experience, I have been asked by the Erie County Bar Association’s Assigned Counsel Program to mentor new criminal defense attorneys in the area of criminal defense law. I have also been asked to work with new attorneys on trial technique by having them second chair me at violent felony trials.
