I consult with, and prepare on behalf of my clients, their wills, as well as any trust documents they wish to prepare.
 

I assist families in the settling of the estates of their families by providing guidance and assistance to the probate of the estate, the filing of the necessary petitions in the local surrogate court, and the appointment of the estate fiduciary. By guiding fiduciaries through their obligations, we accomplish the orderly and transparent payment of all expenses of the estate, and the distribution of estate assets to the beneficiaries.
